Body-safe TPE for the inner sleeve and ABS for the outer case. Everything we stock is phthalate-free. TPE is soft and skin-safe, but it is slightly porous, which is exactly why cleaning and drying it properly matters.
Remove the sleeve from its case if it comes out, rinse it through with warm water, then wash with a pH-neutral toy cleaner. Rinse again until no cleaner remains. Never use soap, alcohol or hot water — all three damage TPE.
That is normal for TPE as it dries out. Dust the sleeve lightly with a cornstarch-based renewing powder once it is completely dry and the soft finish comes straight back. Never use talc.
Water-based only. Silicone and oil-based lubricants break down TPE over time and will ruin the sleeve, so stick to water-based and reapply as needed.
Fully dry, in a breathable cotton pouch, away from direct sunlight and away from other toys. Sealing a damp sleeve in a plastic bag is the fastest way to ruin one.
For hygiene reasons an opened item cannot be returned. Sealed, unopened items can be returned within 7 days, and anything damaged, defective or incorrect is replaced free.
